Slink & Bardot
Zuppa Hospitality was created in Mumbai in 2017 as a partnership between Chef Alexis Gielbaum, Nick Harrison and Riyaaz Amlani, CEO of Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality. The story began at a far-out dinner hosted by Chef Alexis and Nick at an underground kitchen and dining venue in the bylanes of Bandra. The vision of the company has been built on the enduring foundation of a mutual love for great food and imaginative storytelling.
In the three years since its inception, Zuppa Hospitality has created the award-winning Slink & Bardot, a contemporary French restaurant and beloved watering hole set in a Bungalow amidst a whimsical fishing village.
In December 2019, the team followed up with a second act in the form Souffle S'il Vous Plait, the city's first Parisian bistro sitting just off the iconic Marine Drive, in the heart of swish Art Deco Mumbai.
The driving philosophy behind all of Zuppa Hospitality's properties is a commitment to elegant and intelligent food, served with disarming charm.
